You want to try and pre-empt WHY they bailed on the purchase and re-assure them. Some ideas:
- unsure about purchasing online, that’s fine – we can contact you when convenient and process your order over the phone, via check or almost any other form of payment you can imagine.
- don’t quite know what you need or how much of it you want? give us a call or drop us an email and we can guide you through those decisions.
- did something go wrong with the store? It’s brand new, so there are bound to be some kinks along the way. if you could tell us about it (link to form), that’d be great.
