Evaluation Pack
The evaluation package consists of a non-refundable five-hour block of prepaid consulting time. This should be sufficient time to evaluate an automation project and develop a plan of action.
Consulting Concept Pack
The Concept Package consists of a non-refundable ten-hour block of prepaid consulting hours. This time will be used to develop a Project Plan and develop a small proof-of-concept system to illustrate how a fully developed system will work.
Starter Pack
The Starter Package consists of 25-hour block of prepaid consulting. During this time a Project Plan and proof of concept system will be developed. Depending on the complexity of the project, a few processes will be automated.
Project Pack
The Project Package consists of a non-refundable 50-hour block of prepaid consulting. During this time, a Project Plan and proof of concept system will be developed. Depending on the complexity of the project, several documents will be coded and built into an automated process. Integration with case management or CRM data is optional.
